Commission Info/TOS

Thank you so much for being interested in my commissions <3 Here's the info you agree to and acknowledge if you commission me:

What I will draw:

• Anthros/Furries
• Ferals
• Humanoids
• Robots/Mecha (Depending on complexity)
• MLP
• Pokémon
• Original characters
• Canon characters
• Art of pets
• Light gore
• Lightly suggestive themes (Revealing skin, suggestive poses)

What I won't draw:

• Backgrounds (I prefer to draw 1 or 2 colored bgs)
• NSFW, explicit content or major suggestive themes
• Heavy gore
• Hate symbols/Offensive content/Illegal content
• Proship content
• Anything for NFT or AI
• Stolen/Traced characters
• Anything that makes me uncomfortable

Payment:

All commissions under 100€ must be paid upfront.
For commissions above 100€, the price can be split into two payments. 50% upfront and 50% during a later stage of the commission.Payment is paid through PayPal or Swish. (Paypal isn't required though, as the invoice lets you use other options as well.)After reviewing your commission form, I will contact you via Email to confirm the details + final price. When everything's agreed upon I'll send a Paypal invoice :3Work will begin after the invoice has been paid <3 Time may vary depending on personal life ofc. But it shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks ( ◡̀_◡́)ᕤFailure to pay the invoice within a reasonable time results in the commission being cancelled :pBy purchasing a commission, the client acknowledges that there are absolutely no refunds (unless I cancel the commission myself), that they may not claim the artwork as their own, that are prohibited from using it for AI, and that they've read the TOS.With my art, you can't change it and claim it as yours, but if you wanna trace it or use it as art practice or just fidget with it on your own, I don't mind :3

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available unless I cancel it myself, as the commission slot and time have been reserved. If you're scared for your money, plz commission someone else (ᴗ_ ᴗ。) Art is a priviledge not a necessity ( ꈍ◡ꈍ)By completing payment, the client confirms their agreement to the commission.If I cancel the commission myself the client will receive a full refund ofc ( ˶°ㅁ°) !! ✧

Revisions/Changes:

Changes/revisions can be made during the sketch stage. Too many changes will be charged. (Like...if you keep asking for like 10 nitpicky changes.)
Otherwise changes and requests are of course okay ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ maybe 5 max

Copyright:

I retain full copyright to all artwork I create unless a full copyright transfer has been purchased. (Number 3, Full Ownership Transfer)I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork on my social media or commission examples unless otherwise agreed •⩊•

Types of commissions

When commissioning me, there are three different options of what the commission can be.1. Personal Use (Default):
This is the default for the commission unless otherwise agreed. You can use the art for profile pics, upload it online etc.
You can do anything you want except for making money off it (˶>⩊<˶) (or use it for AI. Yuckkk)2. Commercial Use License:
You can buy this license for 80€. This means that you can, with the commissioned art, use it for monetized content, branding and merchandise.
Credit to me is required unless a full copyright transfer has been agreed upon. (The one below)3. Full Ownership Transfer:
Full ownership or private commissions may be available for 200€. This means a full copyright transfer of the commissioned artwork.
